Xavier’s 500 bed, suite-style dormitory provides new housing for students. The project was “fast-tracked” to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery, working in close partnership with the Contractor and Owner.
The seven-level structure is similar to the apartment living concept of the award winning Living and Learning Center completed in 1998 by Blitch/Knevel Architects. All resident suites include private bathrooms and bedrooms with modular desks, storage areas and wardrobes.
