Saint John’s on the Lake is a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Milwaukee, WI with facilities for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing. Due to the rapid growth of Saint John’s membership and the demand of CCRC living, Saint John’s on the Lake is investing in a new tower to expand the community’s offerings.
The new tower adds 50 skilled nursing residences, 24 assisted living residences, 16 “catered living” apartments, and 79 independent living apartments. Along with adding new residences, the new tower will replace the current healthcare wing and bring a new performance and lecture hall.
